A hands-on mentorship and internship program for Charlotte-area high school students. Our goal is to fully fund high school students' participation in RISE — covering program fees, materials, and stipends so no barrier stands between them and careers in real estate, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy.

Jaylen joined the RISE program as a junior at West Mecklenburg High School. Through his internship, he earned his real estate pre-licensing coursework and is now pursuing a degree in urban planning at UNC Charlotte.
